LSP Class of 2025 selects Infinite Potential Learning Academy for its Community Project

The Leadership St. Pete® (LSP) Class of 2025 is proud to announce the Infinite Potential Learning Academy (IPLA) as the beneficiary of its Community Project. This year’s project - titled Play It Forward - will upgrade the school’s grounds, including a basketball court, a multi-purpose field, a workout and meditation area, and a new playground set.

Located in south St. Petersburg, IPLA was founded in 2010 and enrolls about 85 students in preschool through fifth grade. Its small size enables each student to have a personalized education plan that also includes the student’s family. Part of its mission is to cultivate a community in which scholars are empowered and inspired to think and create solutions that expand their innate talents.

In total, four areas of the school’s grounds are in scope for redevelopment to provide more room for students to pursue sports activities, and establish the location as a gathering venue for the greater community.

The LSP Class of 2025 will raise donations and host fundraising events, culminating in a hands-on day of service to complete the project in May 2025. The revitalized Infinite Potential Learning Academy will be a place for youth and community members to learn, grow, and thrive, ensuring a lasting impact on our community.

“We are deeply thankful, grateful, and blessed to collaborate with your esteemed organization in creating a safe, engaging play space for families in South St. Petersburg,” said Twanna Monroe, IPLA’s founder and principal. “Your generosity is a beacon of hope, bringing revitalization to an underserved community. On behalf of current and future generations of scholars, we extend our heartfelt thank you.”

Multiple sponsorship levels are open and donations from individuals and companies are welcome.
