Adam and Steven were co-workers for eight years at the tech consulting firm AgileThought before embarking on a path of entrepreneurship. This path led them to the Entrepreneurial Academy (EA) through The Greenhouse, where Compass Productivity's vision became reality. The experience gained from the Entrepreneurial Academy instilled confidence that St. Pete was the ideal location to build their business.

Compass Productivity's core services include courses and coaching on modern productivity topics like Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), Agile, Design Thinking, Product, Time Management, and AI. Compass Productivity recently announced its new partnership with the Chamber of Commerce to convene the  Leadership Alliance.
